First Visit

Come prepared with the New Patient paperwork complete to save time on your first visit.

Consultation and History: Dr. Levitan will review your initial paperwork, discuss your health concerns and goals, and learn about your interests to tailor your care to what matters most to you.

Examination: The doctor will conduct non-invasive tests to evaluate your spine and nervous system, and may refer you for x-rays if needed.

Assessment: After the consultation and examination, Dr. Levitan will determine if chiropractic care is suitable and create a personalized treatment plan to achieve the best results.

Second Visit

Report of Findings and Treatment
During the second visit Dr. Levitan will review with you the findings of the first visit. He will offer his recommendations and you will both then discuss your spinal and wellness care options. Once treatment goals are agreed upon, Dr. Levitan will perform various gentle Chiropractic Adjustments to start correcting Vertebral Subluxations and start reducing your spinal and neurological stress.

Home Instructions
Before leaving, the doctor may give you instructions on certain activities or procedures to be conducted at home. This may include ice or heat applications, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home stretching and exercises.

Dr. Mark is the best. I originally went to him for a fall and was getting tingling sensation in my arms that started to move down to my legs. He was attentive patient and caring. I'm 74 and recently met with Dr. Levitan for neck and back pain. He gave me a thorough understanding of how chiropractc works and showed me on x-rays taken of my neck exactly why the pain was occuring and he explained what other health issues this could lead to. He is very experieced and it shows. Taking into account that I also have severe arthritis he was able to prepare a treatment plan to address these issues. I’ve been seeing Dr Levitan since mid February. When I started I suffered from 20+ years of chronic migraine and chronic back and neck pain. I was always in pain popping pain pills and couldn’t really be the mom that my kids need me to be.
